July 4th Events in Northern Ocean and Southern Monmouth Counties, NJ

    June 18, 2026  |  America's 250th Anniversary

America turns 250 this July 4th, and towns across Northern Ocean County and Southern Monmouth County have events planned throughout the holiday weekend. Here is a rundown of what is coming up. Free events are listed first, ticketed events at the bottom. In addition to all the events noted - if you want to see fireworks - in many cases, it is as simple as heading to the nearest open space - the beach, a park or field, or out on the water. Many private and public fireworks can be seen in all directions from these locations.

All events listed are confirmed for 2026, but please double check final times and locations with each town or venue before heading out.
