Bay Head & Mantoloking Today - April 2021
We hope that you're having a good spring, that you're healthy, and fully vaccinated (if you are willing and able). We are! :-) The video below contains this month's update, and the local scenery that you are accustomed to. Below the video, you will find links to any items that we discuss. If we missed anything, or there's a question that you don't see the answer to, please ask! Also, please let us know your favorite places and things to do in Bay Head and Mantoloking ! These can be businesses, favorite beaches or benches, the best spot to watch the sunset, or anything at all. We'll future a few in the next update.

Events
Other than the typical monthly town meetings, there are currently no scheduled in person events that we are aware of. Most events remain virtual including church services, and more.
Meetings
Most remain online – the best source of information right now is the town websites – check for frequent updates and changes. Bay Head and Mantoloking both offer “dial-in” options for the public to attend their meetings. Zoom connections are also offered, and the details are generally shared with the meeting notices.

Market
The market remains quite active here, with limited inventory. At the moment there are 6 homes for sale in Bay Head, and 7 homes for sale in Mantoloking. In Bay Head, there are 3 homes under contract, and 4 homes under contract in Mantoloking. There have been two closings in the last 30 days in the two towns combined.
