We're happy to share our newest listings with you at 1089 Barnegat Lane, Mantoloking - 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, turn-key, and 564 Lake Avenue, Bay Head - Scow Ditch waterfront, overlooking BHYC, elevated, and ready to go! Inventory is increasing slightly - in roughly the last 10 days, there have been 5 new listings.

Towards the end of the month, there will be the Bay Head School Foundation's "Kitchens by the Sea Tour" - September 23rd, 10am to 3pm.  Details and tickets can be found here, and tickets can be purchased in person at Andi's and J. McClaughlin too.  Various sources report that there is no further beach renourishment news. ​

Market

​ As we've said before, though the market remains active, inventory is still far below normal levels (but happily, is increasing).   Homes are selling, but inventory is holding steady - eg - one home sells, another comes on to take its place. As of this writing, there were 7 homes for sale in Mantoloking, and 7 in Bay Head.  Recently, two oceanfront homes in Bay Head came on the market, and seem to be getting lot of interest. Bayfront inventory is especially low, with only three properties on the market.  You can browse all Bay Head homes for sale here, and all Mantoloking homes for sale here.  In addition to our new listings, mentioned above, there three other recent listings in Bay Head - 37 Egbert Street, 653 Lake Avenue, and 226 Osborne Avenue.
