Bay Head & Mantoloking Today - May 2021
All is well and busy here and we hope that all is well with you! Things are definitely looking and feeling like summer! Everything is in bloom, the weather is warm, and the beaches and town are busy! In addition to our monthly video below, which contains our May update, we also recently chatted with Eric Beyer of Beach House Classic Boardshop of Bay Head - here is the interview that resulted.

Events
Other than the typical monthly town meetings, there are currently no scheduled in person events that we are aware of. Most events remain virtual including church services, and more.
If you are on Facebook, you can find many upcoming events on the I Love Bay Head page.
Meetings
Most remain online - the best source of information right now is the town websites - check for frequent updates and changes. Bay Head and Mantoloking both offer "dial-in" options for the public to attend their meetings. Zoom connections are also offered, and the details are generally shared with the meeting notices.

Market
The market is still busy here, with homes selling quickly for the most part. There is also a slow trickle of new inventory coming on the market, but we would still describe the situation as "limited inventory." At the moment there are 8 homes for sale in Bay Head, and 6 homes for sale in Mantoloking. In Bay Head, there are 2 homes under contract, and 3 homes under contract in Mantoloking. There have been five closings in the last 30 days in the two towns combined.
