We hope that you're looking forward to Spring! February was an active month here in Brielle - 5 new listings, 11 active listings, 4 closings, and 4 properties went under contract. The months of supply held nearly steady at 2.9, and days on market at 17.8. All in all, this is a very healthy market for this time of year.
