My wife and I reached out to local realtors by email back in 2009!We had good knowledge of the area from years of visiting, but really no good sense of the real estate market. Being from out of the area, we were referred to Ed O'Malley by the local Chris Craft dealer, and then had two sets of close friends in the Bay Head - Manasquan area concur that he was by far the very best realtor to work with in the area. Both Suzanne and Ed currently reside in the area and have spent the majority of their lives in the area - this meant they had endless knowledge about the area including recommendations and suggestions whenever needed.
